1. This website www.chaskacosmetics.it (hereinafter the “Site”) is operated by Chaska Cosmetics.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on the Site, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 (E-commerce).

Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Prices

All prices listed on the Site are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Chaska Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices at any time, but customers will be charged for products at the rates indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Product images are indicative and may differ slightly from actual product appearance.

3. Purchase Methods

To purchase a product, the Customer must select it and add it to the cart. After reviewing the order summary, they can proceed to payment by following the instructions provided.

4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on the Site:

  • PayPal: you can pay securely using your PayPal account or by credit/debit card through the PayPal platform, even without registering.
  • Bank Transfer: if paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to your account. Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Costs Shipments are made via express courier throughout Italy.

  • Delivery times: generally within 72 hours of dispatch.
    Times may depend on location and any unforeseen logistical or holiday constraints.

  • Shipping cost: €6.80 for orders under €40.00.
    Shipping is free for orders over €40.00.

Chaska Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems due to force majeure or courier failure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without specifying the reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent by email to [insert customer service email] indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.

The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the integrity of the returned products, Chaska Cosmetics will process the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase (PayPal or bank transfer).

8. Liability

Chaska Cosmetics will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or non-use of the purchased products, except as provided by law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in compliance with current privacy legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The sales contract between the Customer and Chaska Cosmetics is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.

Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, or execution of these conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if a consumer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.
