1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the order, as provided for by Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
To request a return, send an e-mail to infochaskacosmetics@gmail.com indicating:
- Order number;
- Name and surname of the buyer;
- Product or products to be returned;
- Motivation (optional).
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- In perfect condition, not opened or used;
- In the original packaging intact;
- Complete with any accessories or gifts received.
Chaska Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse the refund if the products are damaged or used.
3. Shipping costs for the Return
The shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer, unless there is an error by Chaska Cosmetics (e.g. incorrect or defective product).
4. Refund Procedure
Once the return has been received and verified, Chaska Cosmetics will refund it within 14 working days, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase (PayPal or bank transfer).
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
In case of receiving a damaged product or not in accordance with the order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infochaskacosmetics@gmail.com attaching photos of the product and the package. In these cases, the return and replacement costs will be borne by Chaska Cosmetics.
